SMiles Lewis appeared on the Revere Radio Network in July 2005 being interviewed on Luke’s Weekly Rant. Unfortunately, it is only the first hour of a two hour interview as there was a technical glitch whereby the timing of our voices is off and by the second hour it was apparently unsalvagable. Still, I think it’s a pretty decent interview.

Also joining us is Alan Alves, the former Freetown Police Department detective who investigated many of these incidents. Once considered amongst the world’s foremost authorities on cult crimes, Alan is now retired and runs SouthCoast Hypnosis Center. He shares his insight and give us a first-hand account of some of the cult activity in those woods.

Our
everyday experience of the world presents us with independent objects,
separated in space and time. Our perspective of reality involves
concepts such as cause-and-effect, force, and a persistent, stable
reality. This worldview, learned early in life, is reinforced
by Western education and society, and is taken for granted by most
adults. Occasionally there are challenges to this worldview. One
example is the development of quantum mechanics, which has dissolved
most of the basic assumptions underlying common sense reality. Another
is psychic 
phenomena,
commonly reported but scientifically controversial. In this evening
lecture, Dean Radin, a senior scientist with IONS, will present the
possibility that psychic phenomena are the human experiences of quantum
reality, as discussed in his new book, Entangled Minds. We will examine
